Omschrijving
The most important feature of the Blackmore chess pieces is their slenderness contrasting to their wide bases. These chessmen are unmatched among other Staunton models. Thanks to such a design they are among the most solid chess pieces. They remain unimpressed and stay firmly on their place even when hit by an accidental push during a vivid game. One should not forget the double base of each chessman which distinguishes them between all other Staunton models.
Black pieces are made of acacia while the white ones are made of boxwood.
